How to file a notice

Email dmca@livesexreviews.com with all of the following:

• The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The exact URL on this site where the material appears, so we can locate it quickly.
• Your name, email address, and postal address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

A complete, valid notice will be reviewed promptly. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable the material within a reasonable time and notify you.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the URL of the removed material, your contact details, your signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. We will forward it to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

We address repeat infringement on a case-by-case basis and will not knowingly maintain infringing material on the site.
